It took a while to take the machine out of the good, solid packaging and lifting it off the pallet with the help of a few neighbors cost a few bottles of beer, but after another hour the machine was ready to go. I quickly felt at home with the manual and the easy connection to Lightburn and was able to get started the next day. I'm thrilled with the results, it's easy to use even for beginners.My recommendation: TOP machine

I can really recommend Monport! The support is great, you get answers to every question very quickly and in detail. And every member of staff is very friendly. The delivery of the machine worked perfectly and very quickly. The transport packaging was also very well done. The laser was delivered in a wooden crate with very sturdy side panels and a robust lid. The crate is assembled with a lot of screws and metal brackets, so normally no damage can occur during transport. I haven't put the machine into operation yet, so I can't comment on its functionality, but I'm confident that the laser will do what it's supposed to do.
